    Living a natural life is to do things that have not been introduced or invented into societal behaviour. Be naturally you. Eat what is in nature and live simply with humility. I don't think it is wise to try to go against your nature. This only makes one restless. I'm not advocating do what you want, its only natural to think things through... but I do think accepting our natural self and appreciating it will definitely help

    A "natural" life is one filled with impulsiveness and self-satisfied sloth. Virtuosity is overcoming the "natural" degeneracy of self and aspiring to something greater. One must look to the stars, not at the dirt.
