Scam, sham, flim-flam, double-cross, bait and switch, blindside, etc...The absolute most devastating scam/dishonesty that's ever befallen you. Something you NEVER saw coming and you haven't been the same since. Wiser? More cautious? Or withdrawn?

Paying for insurance and then still having to pay a lot for all the diabetes meds. SCAM! That's why there's never going to be a cure. They make too much money off of all the diabetics. Who would give that up?!

A kid at school taking an interest in me when I was 12 and always asking what I was doing at the weekend. My family used to go away for weekend breaks and the kid was only asking so that he and his elder brother could burgle my house.

Yeah, four times. The last two times, they crapped in our beds just to really show us the error of our ways. Nice lads! What bothers me most is that my mother grew up in extreme poverty and the first thing she bought for herself was a cheap brass ornament when she was in her twenties. They nicked that the first time. It bothers me in retrospect because I might be the cause of her losing the first thing that made her feel she was getting a foothold on the ladder.

When I was 16 my family moved alot. My mother had some of her friends help us since my father wasn't around. We had 2 moving trucks. She drove one and had one of her friends drive the other. Her friend and our truck went missing and we never saw either again. Guess who's stuff was in that truck. (Hint: not my mother's or father's)

Tricked into going to Lapland New Forest.

"WHAT'S LAPLAND NEW FOREST?!" cries the crowd in confusion.

Look it up on Wikipedia... it has an article. It's the cruellest scam ever.

Wow, that is really sad! I would have been angry if I took my family to something like this, but I don't feel that the workers deserved to be attacked. (I wouldn't blame the employees for their incompetence, but I'd have been chasing the park's management with a pitchfork and a torch for ever allowing something so awful to ever happen!)
