What's the worst hair color on a person?

Definitely black. It suits the fewest people and yet it's the most common colour in the world! You have to be pretty darned striking looking to suit black hair. Most people who dye their hair black look terrible. Platinum blonde is the second worst, and the very worst among people with naturally dark hair.

If you're at all fair, or even if you're a natural crow-head and you're caucasian, you'll look washed out, old, drawn, and flat with black hair. Even something one shade lighter, like chestnut brown is better.

Depends on their skin tone and the color of their eyebrows.

I just hate the orange color on anyone's hair as it looks ugly and messy.

They can all be ugly if it doesn't fit the person. I love pink hair and blue hair on some people but on other it's painful to look at. It depends too much to pick one.

Anything really ridiculous like tangerine and blue.Or maybe when people dye their hair black , black hair looks awful when it's not your natural color.

Bright red is a pain to see, I don't know why. I guess for me the the majority who have it don't look good in it based on their skin tone. Dark red/burgundy is cool but bright red is ugly!
