  • When you wake up and you feel a weird pain in your eyes. Then you try to open them and it feels very weird. Then you realise you fell asleep with your contacts.

Or waking up with a headache and pain throughout your body.

Those are the worse for me.

My brother or dad using the bathroom >_<. The bathroom is just on the other side behind my bed. And I can hear the bathroom that's downstairs. What the fuck, do we rent fire hoses in the middle of the night?? I don't want to hear that! It's one reason why I listen to music when I sleep.

Kids crying. That's the worst. Well-wait-nevermind-the worst has to be when you're in jail and you're finally getting some rest and they wake you up for court or some other nonsense. It's not like you can tell them to fuck off, you have to get up, but you're finally in a happier place, sleeping, and they have to go and disturb you. Assholes.

Building works... At least with a phone call or a knock at the door the people will give up pretty quickly. At least with an alarm clock you can turn it off. Once they start sawing / drilling / hammering, they carry on and on and on and on.

    Toothaches,heartaches,belly aches.. aches.
A sharp pain in my buttcrack region.
The sound of a baby or toddler crying.
The sound of a person screaming in pain or fear.
The sound of my rabbit trying to open it's cage up
Any sound I do not recognize as "part of the environment" of the normal succession of sounds I am used to hear on a daily basis.
And of course church bells/calls to prayer.
The sound of an explosion or gunshot.
    Sudden temperature shifts.
    Bright lights.
    Whispers.
People talking out loud even known they know I'm fucking sleeping.Actually I hate too loud people even when I am not sleeping.
I can't stand anything that might wake me up when I still haven't got my eight hours sleep.
I just wake up completely mad with the intention to destroy it.Or take it far away from me.If it isn't a baby or any other thing I already knew was going to wake me up before the time. I don't find any of these things particularly unpleasant, they are all equally bothering to me.
    Anything out of the ordinary.

as far as normal things, usually the need to pee or waking up because the room is freezing or way too hot.

As far as anything, waking up in excruciating pain, or not being able to breathe. waking up with you chest and lungs basically "Stuck" and not being able to breathe, eyes watering, gasping, thinking, "im gonna die!" "Breathe, dammit!" hitting on your chest to get yourself to breathe, then getting into a coughing fit when you finally are able to take a breath. That has got to be the worst and the scariest feeling ever!

  • I voted door/phone because its the one where someone deliberatelly called while I could have been sleeping and intrupted me unexpectadly. however i almost always leave me ringer off while I sleep.
The worst way to wake up is being woken up by someone else being rude.

Waking up in hospital after a operation with a pounding headache, a sore throat and blood coming out of your nose, blinded by the bright hospital lights, too weak to move a muscle and uncomfy in your lumpy hospital bed, and lastly unable to respond to the chavvy female nurse screeching in your face "You alright, babe? You alright?" and just wanting to go back to sleep, but then you can't.

I HATE THAT. The damn nurses waking you up prematurely. It's just horrible, the worst feeling ever. And I've had about ten operations in my short lifetime and another one coming up in September. Dreading it :(
