What's the most important person in a team?

This is a little bit hypothetical question but try imagine the first team that comes to your mind (whether its from a tv show or movie or anything). Of course every team is different and they don't always consist of the same "types" of persons. But there are some kinds of characters that are more or less found in every team. So my question is, which one of them do you think is the best?

The strongest one 1
The smartest/ most practical one 4
The one with the gadgets 0
The one in charge/ the coordinator 2
The coolest/ most "smartass" one 1
The dumbest one 3
Everyone in a team is equally important, thats what makes it strong! 7

    Since you're talking about tv shows and movies made to entertain people, the moron is most important.

    The first team I thought of is the one I work on and I'd have to say our boss becos hes the visionary. He fights with the management for what he thinks is right and hes good to us when we perform well and doesn't let us off easy when we screw up he holds us accountable. We wouldn't get anything done or put on a good show if it wasn't for him. He also holds himself to a very high standard he can fill in any of the male roles if they are absent or hung over or just missing.

    A few weeks ago he took a week off to go to Branson for a consulting gig and left some one else in charge we didn't get any work done all week and when he came back he could play the banjo like a virtuoso and that was just something he picked up in his spare time. Hes a very talented man and I find his leadership very inspiring.

    Best for what?

    Going by many corporate cultures I've worked in it's the one who is the biggest asshole that makes themselves seem the most important.
