Ramen, although I've never understood why it's considered such a "low-class" food. I think it's delicious. Especially when it's spicy.
Yellow corn tortillas. I can't have wheat, so I often use them as "bread". 79 cents a bag...pretty cheap! But I wouldn't call them crappy.
Also,whatever I could find in the White Castle garbage dumpster when I was homeless.
Definitely ramen noodles, those were staple pantry items during school! I "dress mine up" with vegetables (scallions, celery, bell pepper, carrot, Thai basil) and it's really delish that way.

I like plain saltines and canned soup, too!
There are some few occasions where I might be in the mood to eat bread plain. Often when there isn't a lot around the home to snack on, or I'm in a bit of a rush, and want some food in the belly.

I eat noodles. Not exactly ramen because usually they are not vegetarian but something very similar. The other day for the first time they had canned bread at my supermarket. I was surprised because I have never seen that before. I'm too lame to try it through lol

I am totally serious. Lol Google canned bread and look at the images that come up. They are very entertaining. I live in America and the brand that I saw at the store was B&M. Apparently there are also canned cheeseburgers and canned whole chickens. (google these also) but I have yet to see that in my grocery store. Very very weird! Lol
Either bread and butter with herbs, 2 minute noodles or canned spaghetti
Something chicken-flavoured called Chung King Instant Noodles. 2 for a buck and vegetarian. They're delicious. I've stocked up while supplies last.
Ramen noodles. Warming, quick and always delicious, if not exactly very good for you. lol
Pot Noodles, crisp butties, fried egg butties, potato waffles, Dairylea. Never more than once a year, though. Sounds bad but it's better than what my mum ate. Sugar butties, dripping on toast, pobs (bread floated in warm milk), tripe, tongue, cow heel.
I had to look up what pot noodles are-basically ramen noodles, but they look way better than the US kind. You've got way better flavors too!
Dairylea? Not sure. That's a huge milk company here. Cow heel? eeeww, that just sounds disturbing!
I've had Ramen noodles. An American friend sent me some (and a model Camaro) because I didn't know what either was. We have something similar here called Super Noodles, which I also eat. The Ramen weren't too bad. Pot Noodles are similar but you just put hot water on them. Bombay Bad Boy with a lot of hot sauce is kind of edible. And there used to be a cheese and tomato which was dire but strangely addictive.
