Enforce a "one child per family" law in countries like China, India, the middle east, large parts of Africa and a few parts of South America.
Harsh sanctions for those who do not abide the law.
Mandatory sex ed and birth control education for everyone.
Events where they hand out free condoms and pamphlets with info about unwanted pregnancies.
Government aided abortions in poorer countries.
Invest in efficient and low polluting industries in poorer countries to boost the economy and increase lifestyles.
Economy packages to raise small-scale production and business.
Raise living standards for the poorest to reduce birth rates.

The best way to end overpopulation is to genetically engineer an airborne virus that causes permanent sterility in both men and women. We could distribute this virus world wide by spraying it in aircraft cabins while enroute on international flights.

I'd say to have birth control be available to everybody. In fact if there was a way that you'd have to go get something special to have a pregnancy, would be best, but I don't agree with forcing birth control. They ought to give free sterilization operations to people all over the world, perhaps. World wide programs to promote using condoms and family planning?

    There is no simple solution to this. I do think the Catholic church ought to change their "no birth control" rule, for one, but anyway.. question.. how would introducing insects to the Western people help with overpopulation? Am I missing something?

Ideally, birth control and only having no more than 2-3 kids. So many children are not wanted or loved. And every child deserves to be loved.
Im totally ok with forcibly neutering certain people too( violently insane, child molesters, child abusers etc).

Birth control, prevent children. Promote suicide. All 3 will have a nice effect. Promote zoo relationships as they dont harm any living creature and are generally zoo exclusive wich results in no babies.

Chemical castration of those who go to prison for serious crimes. Also results in less rape wich I'd say is a good thing. As shitty as it is to say stop helping other countries in need. Give some type of benefit to those in a gay relationship who dont have children. Sex ed at very early ages. I mean seriously I never even got sex ed it's insane.

Enforce one child per household rules. That way theres still growth albeit meager ones. Promote trans rights making hrt more available as those of us in it are usually sterile/infertile.

Really I could go on theres a million little things we could do that we should do. Itll still take a long time and the results will not be seen most likely by those alive today however it's for building a future for all life and ensuring the continued survival of our planet.

We need change or we WILL die.

    This isnt even about sex man. Can animals consent to being raised for food or hard labor? Can they consent to be locked away in a small cage most there lives? Can they consent to being beaten and tortured before killed? No no they cant. But they CAN consent to having sex. Just because they dont speak English doesn't mean they cant. I would suggest watching some videos but those of those are really rapey so let's not even go there. But pay attention animals can and do communicate with us. We just dont ususlly pay attention.

      Animals act on instinct. Dogs mount because they're hardwired to propagate the species, and they get confused when there isn't another dog there (see: displacement behavior). You are taking advantage of a biological loophole for your own pleasure.
      
      And who says I'm okay with breeders jerking something off? That is gross and taking advantage of nature too.
      
      Why not just bang other humans in fursuits while rping as animals or whatever? There is actually no such thing as "consent" in animal language because there is no such thing as rape in most* species (*yes I know about dolphins).         100s of millions of trees have been planted since we started using coal. They use to use wood for warmth. So trees really arent an issue anymore. As far as the ocean someone invented a machine that cleans the trash out of the ocean and its getting alot of funding you ought to check that out. Water supply isnt really a problem in any first world country. Land supply is not much of an issue since so much of the worle is uninhabited. Power isnt really a problem becauae theyre always finding oil and now they're getting good with solar power.
        
        I know it sounds good to you on paper but when you really step back and look it doesnt make sense. And theres always catastrophes around the corner. Ww2 killed off like 3% of the world. Spanish flu did something like that. And the plague wiped out 60% of europe. So is it really that worth it to start being so evil?
        
        If you believe in climate science then you should look into how they say we are overdo for a geomagnetic pulse which will likely kill 90+% of the population due to electricity not working again.
