What's the best punishment for a disrespectful younger brother?

My younger brother is litterally a pain in the ass. Every day he tries his best to annoy me. He enjoys calling me names and destroying everything i do (turning of my video games, ripping my homework and many other things). He once spilled a glass of milk on me at the table for no reason at all and when i asked why he did it he smirked and said "i don't know but you were so funny". Plus when i say "no" to him for something he becomes aggressive and throws things to me and stuff like that. And every time he realizes he has screwed up things he gets that super annoying look, like a wet cat or something. A little later he forgets everything and starts again of course. My friends don't want to come to my house anymore because they know he won't let us focus on anything for a minute. He's 11 by the way. What should i do?

Beat the heck out of him 15

Lock him in his room/ Forbid him geting out and play 2
Inform my mother and let the punishment up to her 14
Talk to him and try making him understand his attitude isn't cool 8

    Tell your mum obviously and if he still persists beat the shiznit out of him.
    Your mum should be disciplining her son, not you.

    Take a pair of his underwear and write his name on the waistband. Melt a Snickers bar into the ass area and drop them in a bathroom stall at his school.

    Leave him out of your will, only if you die before him, if not then just forget about him in adulthood and when he comes to you looking for some money or a place to stay you just say "Nuh-uh!" with a finger-wag and hair flick.

    From personal experience, I informed my mom of younger siblings actions, asked her to handle that & told her if they continue, I will beat the brakes off them myself.... They continued, so I held up my promise. Problem solved.

      I don't like being violent most of the time, but i do admit it has crossed my mind a few times (the truth is it actually does more and more often the last months). That little snot, he's taking advantage of the fact that i try to be a nice older brother! There are times i honestly want to tell myself screw everything i'm gonna do it. The thing is i consider the concequences afterwords, when he'll run to his mommy and tell everything i did (FOR NO REASON AT ALL OF COURSE! Because he was so nice and he was minding his own business like he always does, and i'm so evil and mean.......shame he doesn't want to be an actor when he grows up!) I estimate my chances of being believed is about.....mmmm let me think.....0%
