What's normal about my brother?

Hi guys

New to this site, I had to find a way of venting my frustration and came upon this site. I'm a divorced single parent, my ex husband was a complete A Hole even after 5 years of being divorced he took me to court on numerous occasions trying to dis credit me as a mother, and every time the court found in my favour, again last year we were in court, he'd put in allegations of neglect, torture and that I was alcoholic. He'd bought in statements from one of my ex best friends and my brother, as you can believe my shock! Why did he do this, he blames me for him not getting a mortgage, he has called the police on me for apparently driving around d with a dead persons licence, he brainwashed my son, he will come to my parents house and rip down anything that I've drawn for my son, he will throw away things I have bought my son........ I've even found some of my clothes outside in black bin liners. I'm now at that stage where I don't know what to do, he's rude, obnoxious, pig headed, verbally abusive, thinks he's right all the while, I just absolutely hate him and not sure of how just completely block him out

Thanks

Nina

@: noid -It's about my brother as he's still playing silly buggers, trying to make things difficult cause he can't get what he wants

He's supposed to have his son every 2 weeks for the weekend, as my ex lives in London he used to pick him up on a Saturday and return him on a Sunday, since June last year he's not seen him or spoken to him as he's now saying his 8 year old son is a liar and rude.

If the father was reliable enough; I don't see why having his son over for the weekend isn't enough. being a solo parent causes a lot of stress. And if the mother can handle the child, then through the week he should be working for the future of his kid.

Sounds like somebody i know. Your husband just wants his kid so... kick him in the balls say as you please and empty that little tiny stress box you humans love so much.

Sounds like you only have one option, if he is to continue to breathe; leave town.

    You need to move house.
And don't worry about the court ( I know its hard ) but you are obviously doing nothing wrong, and the truth will always rise above all in court.
