What makes you feel bad about yourself ?

Does spending too much time with a loved one who passed away makes you feel bad because you miss him /her and miss the times that you spent with each other or not spending enough time with a loved one who passed away , because you regret the days that you didn't spend time with them ?

Spending too much time with a loved one who passed away 4
Not spending enough time with a loved one who passed away 25

The random surges of emotion that come and go can make me feel bad.

For some reason i still like my dad even if he seems to care more about complete strangers than his own family...

I think it's not only time spent with them, but the quality of that time. We see our parents etc. everyday but until they're gone I don't think most of us (including myself) really appreciate it fully.

Right now it'd be easier to make a list of things that don't make me feel about myself. And I don't really have a loved one that passed away.
