Cuteness-wise, sugar gliders take some beating...

They're like a tiny flying squirrel. They'll jump off things in your house and fly into your hand. They come with downsides, though, so suggie owners need to be really sure.
They have no bowel/bladder control (because they "fly", they don't care where they do it) so you can't be precious about furniture or your own clothes. They need a big enclosure (floor to ceiling and the deeper the better; they can take up half of a room). You need to feed them insects. They're nocturnal so you don't need to care about your sleep being disturbed. They need a lot of socialisation so you need to spend a lot of time at home with them. Plus they're a long-term commitment because, despite being small, they have long lifespans.
I was interested in them as pets once and even went to see some. They completely stole my heart. When you hold your palm out in a kind of open gesture and one chooses to fly to you and then grip onto your finger, it's... well... there aren't words. If I was an unemployed millionaire, I'd have them. But I'm single and I work, plus I rent my place (so the furniture is someone else's).
Lots of people take them on because they're so cute and then abandon them because they're hard work. :/
A capybara derrr. Come. Pet me. I am a gentle giant rodent. A little closer..ヾ(─‿‿─)ノ
Cats (Kittens)
Nothing wild is cute to own because there's always the risk of the animals attacking. Have you ever seen that show on Animal Planet, Deadly Attractions?
We humans are furless creatures. Some of us refuse to be own while others readily accept it.
I like exotic pets and have you not watched zoo workers? They work with tigers and bears and are not eaten. Yes when a idiot goes chasing a bear they will be killed. If you learn how animals act it is less dangerous. Not to say that precaution should not be taken when handling any animal. Any animal can be dangerous. Idiot hippies are not a reason to be afraid of animals. Just because a idiot burned the house down cooking does not mean everyone using a stove will destroy the house. I find it odd you are so surprised by this. Yes I have watched the show and I prefer dogs, rabbits, cat, birds, lizards.
No, I haven't seen it. But you're right. A lot of the accidents you hear about can be avoided. People are either uneducated or stubborn about their wild animals. How can putting a primate in clothes, treating it like a baby and doping it up on various medications not be a recipe for disaster?
Yes these people doing this are moronic. I saw a guy who followed a bear into the woods. The bear got annoyed and charged at it(As a warning said experts). After the bear did not kill him and walk away in the opposite direction the bear kept going. The man feeling lucky decided to not walk away but to continuing following the bear into the area it was said to consider its territory and the bear killed him. I think a smart person would walk away at this point. A smart person would not start it to begin with.
I've always thought mice were cute and even contemplated getting one a few years ago. I don't think birds make good pets no matter how cute they are. I would feel bad keeping them confined in such a small space. They were meant to fly, not to be caged. At least with a dog you can bring it outside to run around and get some fresh air. In most cases, if you let a bird outside you'll never see it again.
Super adorable cage-free dirty birdy makes for a loyal, loving companion, though somewhat unpredictable and moody. Just give her her space and she'll love you all over the place. This pet is only suitable for experienced handlers.
This reads like an ad. My bad.
Cutest is a tough choice, but best pets in my experience are cats, then gerbils, but I currently have a bunny, not a great pet as far as fun/cuddly, but super cute =)
I would normally vote dog or cat, but I would really like to own a fox or a wolf.
Oh my bunnies ^^ I love my bunnies, they are so cute and sweet and playful and friendly and I love them ^^
I actually own a Wolf. His name is Delson and he's adorable.
A Pikachu would be the cutest though :)
