For me it's when they're too shallow or materialistic. Been there done that and my wallet is still crying. What makes a person un-dateable to you and why?

1. Egotistical- I like a guy with confidence but not to the point where all they only think about themselves.
2. Anger Issues- I can't stand being around people who get upset over every little thing. its just frustrating.
3. Close-minded- Its just not possible for me to be with someone who won't listen to any one else's opinions.
These are just my top 3. There are more but it mostly has to do with my personal taste in men. All women have their own opinions.
1. Low self-esteem. Anyone with low to zero self-esteem are a hassle to deal with, because their actions can range from abusive to an extreme case of emotional dependency (clingy).
2. Uncontrollable anger. Because who wants to fight over dumb shit all the time?
3. Selfishness. Dating a selfish person is like dating a child. Everything is "mine," and the only feelings that matter are theirs.
4. Lack of motivation. I use to date a guy like this once and I'll never do it again, but dating a person with no goals in life sucks ass. You're basically their mom, taking care of some lazy bum who just wants to eat, shit, and lie around the house doing absolutely nothing.
5. Misogynist. Outside the fetishes, what sensible woman wants to be treated like a tool?
There's more, but those are my top 5.
Hygiene, personality, appearance. Those decide it. The worst is bad hygiene.

For me it is because they have stopped breathing. I draw the line at dead people. But actually any peculiarity can be dealt with and over come. That makes everyone dateable.
Stupid with no sense of humor. If I can't mind-meld with someone on some level, then they aren't someone I want to be with.
What makes a person undatable for me:
If they are dumb
If they have really bad teeth
If they smoke
If they are fat
What makes a person datable:
If they smell good and pride themselves on smelling good
Having all kinds of different humour
If they would sing lame songs with me
