        Internal Revenue System (tax collectors in USA)
        It's actually ironic that you ask me because I'm not American and this is what they are called there but I'm so used to be asked BY Americans online what a certain unit of measurement or acronym is that I decided to use this acronym to avoid questioning. Oh well lol
