I like anything that someone has put care into. Lazily produced music doesn't do it for me but if someone has had a vision, I'm interested. I like things that people wouldn't expect me to like. I don't tie myself to a genre. I know it's easy for someone to say they dislike dubstep, or country, or metal, but if you turn your back too soon, you'll miss an inroad, and something you do like, despite it not being a genre you normally go for.

Rock and Metal are my favorite genres, but I don't mind the others. The only one I'm starting to dislike is Pop...which is constantly spammed on my sister's radio station.

Can't decide; Broadway, R&B, rock, country, pop, old school, jazz, the classics...I have an endless list. I guess I can say anything except for new aged rap and that Lady Gaga, wanna-be music, new shit they play on radio stations like Kiss FM.

Op has no idea what techno even is.

Lately I've been listening to shoegaze, post rock, power metal, and lots of liquid dubstep.

I listen to death metal, metalcore, deathcore and industrial metal mainly. I also like other genres besides metal such as rock, industrial, dark electro, EBM, post-rock, speedcore, dubstep and many more. I'm very open minded with music and seem to like almost every new genre that I discover.

Yeah most people hated him but his raps were pretty good and you could tell that he was just having fun with it. Also he didn't use curse words which shows you can be a good rapper without using profanity.

I have getting jiggy with it on my phone and I think that it is good since it can put it across without using any words that might be innapropriate to the younger generation.

    Hiya,

Blues/folk with a bit of heavy metal, usually stupidly expensive but worth it once you've got it. I made my own song up too.

I think decent music makes you want to listen to it all the time and you have to force yourself to stop or put something else on. It makes you wonder if the band you're listening to/seeing is even real, because there's no way they could be that good, is there??

I've recently taken a liking to 60's/70's rock, and 80's metal. Led Zeppelin, Dio, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix,Iron Maiden, W.A.S.P etc. But I also like "female fronted metal bands" like Within Temptation, Elis, Epica. My favorite band is Nirvana but after listening to them so darn much I'm giving them a break for the other bands I mentioned.
