I do Yoga every morning, but at my school I'm a member of the Badminton club and I love to ride on my bicycle. I tried to join Fencing Club too but I'd never seen so many sweaty neck beards in one room oof.
The worst part is that through it all, I'm still a tad chubby.
Push ups, workout with dumbbells and sometimes I go to the gym. Haven't gone to the gym for the past 4 months. And because I'm on vacation now, I've even cut back on the daily exercise. The most physically demanding thing I do is mowing my dad's lawn and lifting a beer mug to my mouth. Or holding a fishing rod... It's a hard job XD
I walk my dog, chase toddlers and do with yoga with them, and garden. I don't think any is really "better" as it all depends on the individual. But I am partial to outdoor exercise, fuck the gym.
Does walking around all day and lifting heavy stuff at work count? If not then I also have a few routines I do with several sets of dumbbells. My brain goes crazy if I have to sit down for long periods of time.
I fart on brother's face 3 time a day MINIMUM
If he has a good day I fart 5-10 times)
