...does the US not have any cereals that aren't mostly sugar? :-S
I mean...there's very few cereals here that DON'T have sugar but...there are a few that aren't a diabetic coma waiting to happen...
I make my own, by adding to a bran flake cereal as a base. It already has flakes and dried fruit or nut clusters, I add some dried paw paw, dried cranberries, and puffed rice/corn/millet.
Now I want cereal :(
I don't like sugary cereal anymore because I don't eat sugar, but I used to like cinnamon toast crunch the best

When I was a kid,I used to like ALPHA-BITS because they always came with the small license plates inside the fuckin box.By the way,anybody here know why they NEVER put any more PRIZES in any brand of cereal anymore these days?By the way,That was an intelligent question I just posed to theINN network?
If I have any I have something plain like Rice Krispies. I don't really want something too sugary in the morning :P I've never put sugar on any cereal, ever; most of it's so sugary already I don't know how other people cope with it, especially since I have a sweet tooth :P
I also like Cheerios and Shreddies, despite the latter being quite sugary :D
Cinnamon life, basic 4, bran flakes, raisin bran, chex, kix, cracklin oat bran, that kind of stuff. I don't really care for the sugary rainbow shit.
