What is your stance on pedophile prosecution?

The problem with pedophile prosecution is that in the American justice system, normally a suspect is innocent until proven guilty by more than just a victim's testimony. However, if a child comes forward saying a person (especially a man)(which is gender discriminatory),molested her. The judge will most likely throw the book at the person as the little girl's testimony is as good as physical evidence in the judge's eyes. Think about the female school teacher who attrociacely helped her underage male student feel how good it is to get sexually serviced by her. She got a slap on the wrist. Had it been a male teacher and female student, he would be doing hard time for that one. Say, for example, an adult male didn't buy a little girl the toy she wanted, so she accused him of molesting her to get back at him for not buying her the toy. The man goes to prison (essentially for not buying the little girl her toy) and gets raped and stabbed by bubba. That's a sad way for a girl to be able to get revenge on someone with a few flicks of her twisted tongue in a courtroom. On the flipside of the coin, say for example she was telling the truth. What are they going to do? Dust her little pussy for his fingerprints to prove that his hand was on her? Kinda hard to get physical evidence unless he left bodily fluids on her and they tested her in time to be able to get his DNA as evidence of unwanted sexual contact. In an extreme case, a twisted little girl could find a used condom, put the guys cum on her pee pee, and go in to get a rape kit done so she could burn the guy. The justice system can be exploited what can I say.

I think the definition of pedophilia should be changed. The 18 age is too old. If both parties are willing it should be ok from 13 up. Rape is rape at any age.

Assuming you mean rape-rape, not statutory rape, then given the number of victims, I'd say life WITH a chance of parole was the correct punishments. Mutilating criminals for punishment is barbaric, so definitely none of that.

In the cases of rape, there must be punishment, and I think it should be harsher than the rape of an adult. However, if any of the actions were consensual between Mr or Mrs. Doe and the child, then let em go! It doesn't hurt a child to do something willingly when it comes to sex, as long as the action is not physically harmful.

Now if the children were damaged physically or they have ptsd or panic attacks from it but he didn't murder them then I think 1 to 10 years per child depending on the severity of the abuse so diddling or fondling 1 year butofficial rape as in sodomy or vaginal rape wherin pain and power were the causes not sexual desire then 10 years per offence if it was painfull but not rape then 5 years or if the child admits he/she enjoyed him/her self (liked the attention or had fun/orgasms)then it shouldn't be persicuted.
