God, where to start. I love Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi food. A Mirchi Charm is nice because it's got lots of heat but also sweetness (with honey). If I don't want too much heat, I go for a Mughlai.

I've gone through Tindaloos (hotter than a Vindaloo) and Phalls (hotter than a Tindaloo) and even Super Phalls (hotter than a Phall). There are times I ate something and thought I'd die. There are times I hoped I would.

A good Madras (or occasionally Vindaloo) is about the right heat for me now. I could go hotter but it's not worth the suffering.

    • Woah that is some hot food right there, hotter than tinderloo?

I need to drink a litre of water with a dhansak, I start wishing I'd pass out during a jalfrezi, let alone anything else.
