What is your favourite breed of chicken

mine are serama because they are small and scary but I also like jungle fowl because they are lithe with long legs that can carry them long distances

    I've been having problems with my closest neighbour, his kids let their dogs out to run around all the time and they either end up on the road chasing cars and almost being run over or trying to get to my chickens and cats if their outside. been thinking about getting a gun to shoot the damn mutts whenever they step into my land chasing them off never works they always come back.

    tbh I love chicken as pets but I still eat chicken from the store, i'd never kill any of mine though but sometimes I feel guilty when i'm eating store bought chicken

    my neighbours small dog broke into my property once and tried to attack my chickens but my main rooster kicked his spur in the dogs throat and killed it lol

    I used to have Rhode Island Reds, an Isa Brown, Blue Laced Gold Wyandottes, Cornish Crosses, and a few mixed. They were so sweet and gentle.

          I have a little brown frizzle hen called frizzy she's the smallest hen I have but really bossy lol

            Yeah the little ones have to be tough to establish their place in the pecking order. I had a few mixed bantams that were higher on the pecking order than chickens twice their size.
