If it is cold, you can control your body temperature with clothing. In hot weather you cannot; you are forced to be hot and sweaty and miserable all the time.
I think for outside ten with no breeze and twenty with a breeze is perfect, but that's Celsius. On your scale warm or cool. I love fall, and it's cool, but I like not needed to wear a wind-breaker as well.
I like it hot enough to melt the Earth and everything on it. ("contemplates being a suicidal maniac")
I WOULD SAY "COLD" CUZ FIRST OF ALL YOUR BODY GETS TIGHT AND FIT FOR EITHER YOU OR THE GIRL..#IT'S HOT\\\\\
SECOND, BEST THING, NIPPLES GET HARD, AND PERFECT TO SUCK ON EM, AND YOU FEEL THE WARM INSIDE, WHEN ITS HOT IT AIN'T LIKE THAT...

My body thermometer runs high and I hate being hot...so the colder the air the better.
When I am outside, I like for it to be warm. I hate when it is even slightly cold outside. If I want to run around, the cold air burns my lungs. Plus I like to wear flip flops if I can't go completely without shoes...
20-25 degrees celsius is perfect for me. Humidity is a big factor though. It can be 18 degrees and feel horrible if it's high humidity, or 30 degrees and feel good if there's low humidity.
Inside: 76 degrees exactly
Outside: 80 degrees with soft rain droplets falling towards the ground
a little cloudy but you can still see the sun.
"39.1 degrees C. And you will be assimilated!"
Sorry, my brother's got me watching Star Trek again.
Really though, I like about a 65-70-ish, cloudy day. That'd be good.
I disagree with the cold statement. I have poor circulation and sometimes I just can't get warm. My hand and feet are freezing as I type but Its a comfy 68 inside.
I like the 70's- so really 65-85 is ideal for me. And the Pacific Northwest has the best summers ever!
You are not dressing right. All mammals emit massive amounts of heat. You probably are not wearing a hat or warm socks, so heat is easily escaping. Also, many people do not think to insulate their legs, so their body is working hard to keep it's largest muscle group warm. If you are cold, you are either not dressed right, or you are a reptile, period.
Not a reptile, just bad circulation. And I love hats! My winter hat has ear flaps. I wear my Smartwool socks even in the summer, my raincoat (which goes to my knees) has a removable liner that rarely comes out, and the gloves are an added germ protection for the bus. My wardrobe is very functional and layers quite nicely. You have to layer where I live-even in summer. But walking around isn't the problem, sitting still is.
I love the summer here in the gta in Canada! The humidity to the semi hot days with a little breeze. It's great for bikeriding in and I love to run on the beach in this weather! The only issue comes to when the weather gets to about 40 degrees Celsius and the humidity becomes so dry that you could have a heatstroke. Generally 20- 30 degrees Celsius is good enough for me and bearable to live in.
