    I LOVE ALL KINDS OF CHEESE BECAUSE CHEESE IS AWESOME but I like Mozzarella the most.

    Queso is not a type of cheese.
    Queso is Spanish for cheese.
    Saying queso cheese is like saying cheese-cheese.
    To answer your cheesy question, my favorite is Dubliner cheese aka queso Dubliner.

      Yeah I didn't know if I should put it up there or not, I think usually queso dips are made with montery and added seasonings.

    There was this delicious fresh Goat's milk cheese I had in my Roman hotel, but I can't remember exactly what the cheese was. I don't think it was Feta. It was a lovely smooth ball of love.

    Swiss Emmentaler (Thats the one with the holes).
    I know it's kind of cliché and there are hundrets of other swiss types of cheese, but I still think it's the best. I guess thats why it is so popular.
