    Second post, all ready cut down American terminology, might as well state another negative thought here, DOUGHNUTS AWESOMELLY SUCK, WAY TO HIGH IN WHITE PROCESSED SUGARS AND THE FAT AND CHOLESTEROL COUNTS ARE ENOUGH TO MAKE ANYONE WANT TO "PUKE THEM BACK OUT", OR AT LEAST ME, TERRIBLY HATE DOUGHNUTS.

    There's a local doughnut maker that creates the most delightful doughnuts. One of my favorites is the one filled with peanut butter and bananas. Mmmmm, Voodoo - The magic is in the hole :)

    I am Canadian and we use the British English and I totally agree with THROUGH ROCK AND TT454. American terminology does suck.

    You forgot custard. Unless that's vanilla creme.
    Also, whipped cream. Those are probably the two most common fillings I usually see, and the only ones I don't mind eating.

        What Brits call Jam, Americans call Jelly, what Brits call Jelly, Americans call Jello.

        Also, most of what Americans call cheese isn't even technically cheese! It's a "cheese analogue"... Fake cheese :D Good in a burger though.

        ThroughRock is just being bitter.
