What is your diet?

I'm 22 and a male and I, for the past 14 years, follow a raw vegan diet (meaning I only eat plants or plant based things or minerals, and I don't cook anything I eat) I'm 6'5", 220 pounds, 10% body fat. I definitely consider myself healthy (hello ego), I'm very active, strong nails, thick hair, clear skin, but if I wanted to be a near perfect 100% health machine, I'd definitely incorporate fish and maybe a chicken breast or an egg once a week. I don't believe humans are supposed to be vegan in this day and age of our evolution, buuuuuut I'm a puss and can't bring myself to eat meat. Would I be healthier if I ate a fish or some chicken a few times a month? Duh, probably.

What's your diet? And why? Since when? Yadda yadda.

    If humans were meant to live only off meat, their teeth would all be sharp fangs that can tear flesh efficiently.
    If humans were meant to live only off fruit and vegetables, their teeth would all be more Blunt than James.

    But our teeth incorporates a combination of both. So we are supposed to eat meats as well as all the other stuff. Hence omnivore.

    I'm 95% vegan since August. I will, rarely, have a little bit of certain things like desserts that contain butter, milk or eggs, but that's it. And the only meat to cross these lips is, well,..don't worry about that.

    I've been vegetarian before then I went back to eating whatever for a while when I met this dude back in the day.. I started cutting things out about 12 years ago. First it was cows milk, then pork, then beef. Unfortunately eggs on their own started to bother my stomach about 5 years ago, and I never really liked seafood. I try to eat as many fruits and veggies as possible, as opposed to nachos with vegan cheese or the fake meat stuff but I flip flop a lot. I'm never consistent and that's my biggest problem. Even as far as when I eat, I'm inconsistent. I'm working on it.

    Bruh I eat spicy cheetohs and peach soda. And I know I've like organic farmer and shit my friends are all really smart but I'm like skinny as fuck like 6'2" and weigh between like 130 and 140 bruhh that's like 8 stone wtf. I need to gain weight my upper body be staying small as fuck. Bruh bruh. But yo if you take the plunge just buy a dollar tin of sardines and fucking hold that carcass. Be that hunter gatherer BE that hunter gatherer boi! We're all blood and bones. The AG that has allowed for veganism has done way more harm than good old fashion hunting. Get that bow and arrow bro.
