What is your catch phrase or something you say a lot?

Whether people tell you or you notice on your own, what phrases do you most often say?

when something bad happens, I either say Great Google Moogly or Oh My Goodness (kinda like Shirley Temple or so people have said).

I will share 5

It sometimes drives me crazy when others say it. Or its counterpart, "that makes sense."

But does it? Do you truly understand or are you just pretending????

"You are no warrior" "I am a warrior!" "I alone have the strength to continue" "I am the strongest and I will prove it" "There will be no more interruptions" "Is that okay?!" "Are you ready now... to witness a power not seen for thousands of years!"

Off the top of my head... I once saw a T-shirt that said, "Fuck Ya'll I'm from Texas!"

It's more like noises rather than words.

"Definitely" and "it's all good" are what I say the most with everyone. Other phrases are person-specific like "fail" or "I dun giva sheet" (in an asian accent while shrugging)

It's very common to hear both "life sucks and then you die" and, "another shitty day in paradise" down here, among the sailing community.
They are always said with much facetiousness, often when one must order ANOTHER rum (oh the horror of it all), because we've finished the one we had, (already?). Arg.
Personally, "never a dull moment" is the motto we strive to keep true.
