I like Lostprophets. I've seen them live twice and they're pretty good. I didn't like Weapons quite as much as Start Something or Liberation Transmission, but it was still a good, solid record.

Just a very small number of albums I quite:

    Green Day - Dookie
Sum 41 - All Killer, No Filler
NoFX - Punk in Drublic (God, how I love that album title)
Radiohead - just about OK Computer
Muse - just about anything, I've got into them a lot recently :P

Those aren't an accurate representation of my music taste, but they'll do for now.

high five for lostprophets and YOU'VE SEEN THEM TWICE?!?! I HATE YOU :P. yeah same here I overplayed weapons too much it was actually starting to bore me. Muse I love them too great band but radiohead not so much I tried and tried to like them. Green day? boo lol the only good thing they did was boulevard and 21 guns other wise I don't get them. MCR is pretty special too.

Have you seen this news story? Incredibly upsetting, sickening and disturbing - even more so for us both as fans. I have to hope Ian is not guilty of these allegations, but if he is guilty I feel extremely disappointed in him and let down by him.

Just thought I'd share this with you.

Thanks for the link man. You're right it is disturbing and so so wrong. I don't know what to believe "conspiracy to rape a one year old" it just seems fishy. One thing is for sure though innocent or guilty Lostprohets will never be same again. Hope justice will prevail..fingers crossed Ian is innocent as fans we have to hope right..

I think alternative rock is a great place to start with music. You can branch out into a lot of other genres on top from there. Bands like Green Day were my gateway to punk, Red Hot Chili Peppers were my gateway into less heavy music, Slipknot were my gateway into heavy metal and more technical music. You can move in a lot of different directions from alternative rock :)

I used to like MCR a lot more than I do now. I still play them sometimes, but I feel as if I've grown out of them a bit :/

Every decade has one album like this for me. 2000's actually have a few. it'd be easier if you narrowed it down a little bit, cause otherwise it's pretty much impossible.

Changes every week. I couldn't say what's the best ever.
Right now it's "Reveries Of Flight" by "Oh Sleeper".

Wehnever I like a song I try not to listen to it to much. But eventually I heard it to many times and it doesen't feel the same anymore.
