What is wrong with my friend?

soo,this isnt about me. Its about my best friend. He was alwasy a really fun chill guy but recently he just seems depressed and he won't talk to me about it and he says that there is nothing to worry about and he's fine but he's like not the same person anymore and he started doing drugs which he used to say he would never do because his mother was a drug addict. He smokes weed almost every day and when he doesnt he's really sad or agressive. and yesterday he did ecstasy and i got mad at him for doing it and he stopped talking to me. I want to help him but I don't know how. is this behavier normal? What the hell is going on with him??

    No, that's not normal. Drug abuse is usally a symptom of a deeper problem. Maybe he suffers from a depression or something like that. When he stopped talking to you there's not much you can do, I'm afraid. You can be there when he needs you, but you can't really force someone to open up or get help. He has to make that decision himself.
