    I'd say that he's walking. Kind of a boring answer, but think like this:

    His feet are moving- this suggests he's walking or maybe running somewhere.

    He's holding something- He could be a kid walking to school carrying books, or maybe a guy carrying a briefcase to work.

    He's not in a house- So he's outside or in a building.

    He has a normal body temperature- This suggests he isn't hurring. It also concludes that he isn't running. Because when you run, your heart rate goes up and your body temperature rises.

    He is old enough to drive- So he's at least 16, maybe older.

    He does not enjoy flying- Maybe he was on a plane recently.

    He has never been out of the country- Maybe he flew to another country as part of his job.

    His favorite food is peanuts- He could have gotten a bag of peanuts on his flight.

    Okay, here's my conclusion: He just got off a plane in a foreign country. He's carrying a briefcase and eating a complementary bag of peanuts from the flight.

    Or.... I'm reading waay to much into this.
