What is the worst or best pickup line you've ever heard?

......trying to lighten things up a bit here on is it normal today.

What are some of the worst or best pickup lines you've heard from a guy or gal?

I've got one that I'll share! 2

I remember once this guy in college said to me, "you look like I should know you".

I remember once this girl in college said to me, "Hi".
      That was enough.

    Best is a long story.

Worst is when I was 19, at work, and a customer in her early 30s gave me her card with some compliment... I think it was about my shirt? Anyway she said something something "free massage." I was like "cool, thanks, have a good night." But then ~40mins later she calls me while I'm still at work saying "Why haven't you called me?" =/ I ended up dropping her card into the trash. My coworker said "you're so mean" but hey I used to be a timid wuss back then and frankly you can't deny that wasn't creepy

so apparently she wasn't that pretty, cause if she was, i'd imagine more adventurous response to that

not at all. She was a 7/10 at least. Very very fuckable. Great body. But absolutely nothing else about her was appealing. Me gotta have some other connection. Give me the same scenario now at 26 and the only thing that would change is I'd come up with a witty response and react more politely, yet still take no action. I learned that don't care much for one night stands. Not my cuppa.

Coincidentally, the very first post I made on this site was about exactly such a topic. And I remember you making a comment there too... which interestingly had a different stance then :-)

  • Being asked by hotel guest if I wanted to join in their jacuzzi fun later. Then continually making strange moaning grunting noises in my direction.

  • "Hi, how are you?"

    Usually sends em running.

Me saying "ever kissed a guy on a first date?" to which awkward silence followed...

My most successful line was, "Want to go to a party with the band, after the gig?".

I was at an out-of-town conference and a group of us had been drinking (alot) at the hotel bar later that night. The girl next to me whispers in my ear, "I want to do you." I applaud her directness!

    "I'm only 31!"
(From a creepy dad with his son at a Cub Scout camp where I worked when I was 15.)
Apparently, he said this to all of the other teenage girls working at the camp at some point over the course of the week he was there. He wore the same shirt every day and would use other lame pickup lines.

  • Worst? "You look like a model". I've had that used so many times. It's a cliche of a pickup line but at the same time I've heard people, friends and family, say the same thing...So maybe, to them atleast, it's not an exaggeration. Or maybe people that can't think of a decent pickup line are interested in me. :'(

Another would have to be from this drunk girl I met at a bar. She had just annoyed the crap out of this American guy. She was trying to get him to sleep with her and he was trying EVVVERYTHING to say no thanks. Eventually he left with a "I have a partner back at home, so I can't" and walked back in to the bar. Next thing I know, she was watching him go in to the bar in the direction I was outside the door having a smoke. I met her before when she ended up picking me up off the street and randomly taking me to a bar and getting me drinks. Sooooo. She comes up, drunk as hell, and says "You!" I was like "...Me?" She comes up to me and the guy I'm out having a smoke with is staring. She's like "You're so my type."...What type of pickup is that? "You're so my type"...? Next thing I know she has her tongue down my throat, I'm shocked and end up having to go through with it or end up being seen as gay (which isn't usually a problem but it was in that area because guys kept on trying to get with me), then tries to get me to have sex with her, which I then had to get her away. The guy I was having a smoke with was like "You should of totally fucked her"...Ehr, no. For one, she's drunk and I ain't being one of those false accused people, and two, she used the pickup line "You're so my type"...Which she used on every guy...So no."

Why so homophobic? Surely there was some reaction time between her being in frt of you and managing to get her tongue in your mouth for you to step back.

      • How was I being homophobic?

As for reaction time. It caught me off guard. It would of been better to go through with it than to cause a scene.

You have a problem with people perceiving you as gay, even though you aren't, obviously.
Letting any stranger just kiss you and going along with it? I'd think it would create more of a scene just going with it rather than have self-respect and deciding that your body is your own. Dunno what kind of society you live in.

          • Yes, because then due to the lack of homosexuals, I would be singled out by other homosexuals so that they can try and "Pick me up". Not because I think it's an insult to be homosexual.

I've rejected peoples advancements before. It usually resulted in ridicule and a scene. I imagine you've not had to deal with it often times when you've been out in public? (Not an insult, a genuine question).

              No I haven't, I'm too ugly. :0
Just remember that rejecting advancements is a strength not a weakness. You do who YOU want. I don't get their logic of ridiculing the person getting advanced on, it's like a kid in school who hasn't done their homework asks someone who has done the homework to do it for them because it's due soon. They would try to ridicule the kid if they don't do it for them even though they are in the wrong. You are 'the kid who has done the homework' in this situation and it is ok to not give them it. I feel sorry for the kind of public you have to deal with.

Also if there are few homosexuals then there would be few homosexuals to "pick you up"? Just say "I'm not interested" when they start to approach you. If they don't back off that then I really do feel for you man.

    "Hey there, sexy."
I was trying to read a book in the library when he said that to me. It really creeped me out because I was 14 and he looked like he could have been 21.

The first one that comes to mind is "I got the weed if you got time". This dude was a few people ahead of me in line at a store and when he turned to walk out he saw me and quietly said that as he walked by. I just sorta laughed and shook my head no.
