What is the most offensive term to use against someone?
Despite race, I was wondering what was something mean to call someone? Like something along the lines of ‘idiot’ of ‘moron’

I'm Bulgarian, so our profanity goes well beyond "fuck", "shit", "cunt" and the likes. We have curses that cover your entire family tree. Try yelling out some Bulgarian curse words in Bulgaria at some random guy on the street. Chances are you'll get a fight.
Balkan countries have very nasty and vulgar insults. If you wanna tell someone off, you can do it right... None of that "Hey fuck you asshole" nonsense. You insult them, their mother, their father, their unborn child and their 3 cousin twice removed! XD

Well, if you call someone worthless, that implies a lot.
It means they're good for nothing, no matter whom they're doing it for, or how hard they try.
If someone is worthless, then anything of worth is wasted on them. That includes the air they breathe to stay alive, the food they eat, and the water they drink.
The way I see it, worthless means not even worth life.

I think oftentimes an insult says more about the person hurling the insult than the one being insulted. If some asshole calls me worthless I just don't care, because that asshole is just a stupid asshole, and doesn't speak for the rest of the world. I logically know there are plenty of others who don't think I'm worthless, and so I would just concentrate on the people who don't think I'm worthless, and choose to ignore and disinclude the asshole who thinks I'm worthless. I just think to myself that is a person who can go fuck themselves, and I won't lift a finger for that awful person. It doesn't matter too much to me if some loser thinks I'm completely unworthy, because that person is just one person, and that person holds no power over me, and whether or not I live or die.
I'm curious as to where you are, and whether or you live in a more collectivist culture by any chance? Just curious.

One of the things I noticed is that calling a person a "bitch" will make them scream, cry, or try to take a swing at you. I'm not sure why. At the end of the day, it's just a word and it only has power if people give it power.

She bought him for her son thinking that it would be a good pet. She kept him in wire flooring which permanently messed up his foot. She fed him cat food. His ears were a bloody mess due to untreated ear mites. Her son slapped him around and she did nothing to stop him. On the day she decided she didn't want him anymore, she calls up my sister(who had ferrets) and tells her she's going to release him outside if no one comes for him(it was Winter). My sister has him now. She treated his foot. He gets expensive ferret food to eat. His earmites are treated and he gets time to run and play. My cousin is dumb.

I was with this one idiot for about a year and a half more or less, and he turned out to be verbally and emotionally abusive. I did kinda put up with it because I was living him, far from home and taking some college classes. I honestly wish I could have afforded to just kick him out of our apartment and take over the bills.
Anyway, he did eventually try to get physically violent with me. The day after his father's lung cancer surgery he yelled and screamed at me like never before so I walked away from him. I started walking down the road in front of his family's property out there in the country about 10 miles away from town, and then he went after me, he grabbed me by the back strap of my sports bra, dragged me down the road, up the driveway and front lawn. As soon as he let go I ran with my cell phone, locked myself in a camper that was on the property and called 911!
He's a piece of shit, and I wish I had left the first time he ever even raised his voice to me. I have no intention of looking for anyone again for a long time if ever. My sincere intention is to work on trying to improve myself and to hopefully become a more independent and productive person.
As far as I'm concerned there's no excuse to treat another person in an abusive manner. Males who abuse women aren't real men, I don't care if the guy has mental health issues, drug problems, a family tragedy or some terrible injury none of that is ever an excuse to abuse me or anyone. Honestly, I could care less what happens to him.
You just need to leave this guy.
