How early or late do you consider it rude for someone to call you on the telephone?
I'm too lazy to list out a whole lot of options on this one, so in the choices I will list out the time frame that I think is okay.

I don't care when family or friends call me and it's not like they're going to call me at 4am just to shoot the shit either.
When I call someone, I try to call after 10am and before 9pm.
I don't mind when people call me, though if it's before 1 o' clock on a weekend I'll be in bed, probably asleep, so I just won't bother answering.
But I don't mind people calling me whenever they like, even if it's midnight. :P
I remember my friend called me at 7 AM once to tell me she'd seen a squirrel. XD
I'm assuming you meant midnight when you say 12pm. Midnight is actually 12am.
If someone calls me before 8am or after 11pm I assume it is an emergency and answer. If it is not an emergency I get very angry.
Between about 7am and 10pm. I only have a cell phone and its for personal and business use, soooo, its best that I answer as much as I can :)
I rarely take calls. The last call that I remember taking was in the afternoon. I'm not going to take one early in the morning or late at night.
if it's family they can call me whatever time they want. mainly because i know they wouldn't call me at weird hours unless it was an emergency
I don't take around midnight unless I'm drinking/partying. And I get irritated when I get phonecalls during work
I always get up late, and I don't like answering the phone first thing. So maybe like 2pm-10pm.
