I think natural colors are usually better. Red, blonde, black, brown.... That being said, it usually depends on the person. Some people look better with different colors.

A real nice dark red color would look cool. Brown hair can get boring sometimes, and I already have natural red highlights. Why not, right?

Blue, purple or red are all fun. Although last week I saw a black-haired girl with a big fringe (bangs) and an inch-thick yellow stripe dyed into it. She looked fantastic. She was wearing a black and yellow stripey jumper too.

Well you asked which colour is best to dye your hair WITH. Well to be honest Brown was the best colour I ever used. Black dyes your face blue and washes out to a dark brown fairly quickly. Red - oh the red. What a disaster! The pink went a bit orange but it was nice dye. Then there was the bleach and the blonde. These were not nice to use. They burnt my lungs and ruined my hair.

But if you want an answer to which colour hair looks the best? I'd HAVE to say blue. I've wanted it for years but it's hard with all the red in my hair. I don't want it to go green.

I'd say blonde high-lights or brown. Heard red stays in your hair even after growing it out. But if you really want it red and dont care about that, go for it. I went for it because I don't care LOL
