Depends what you're talking about.
There's peak ferility.
Then there's peak idgaf, aging gracefully, not caring what you look like naked, not being ashamed to love sex, letting go of teenage level insecurities.
Some older women go get it, and THAT can be considered just as much of a "sexual prime" as ladies who are in peak form to pop out babies like pez.
Totally agree with this.
A huge factor in how much pleasure a woman gets from sex is what's going on in her head. A woman who's comfortable in her own body, knows what she wants from sex, and is confident enough to ask for it is going to enjoy sex a lot more than a teenage girl who is still trying to figure out herself and life and is preoccupied with conforming to the standards of her equally confused peer-group and stupid Hollywood fantasies.
We're all wired to find youthful bodies instinctively appealing, because that's what served our evolutionary ancestors well. But anyone who looks back on how they were in their early twenties from the perspective of a few decades on will realise that they were pretty clueless, and they were deluded when they thought they had it all figured out at the time.
Fertility starts going downhill after about 24, so if women do indeed experience more/less sexual pleasure at different points in their life then it would make biological, evolutionary sense for it to be around 20-24.
Are you sure that sexual pleasure is age-dependent, though?
