I need your advice
I knew a friend through facebook, we chatted for long times and had fun, he claimed that he likes me, and honestly I like him much BUT he does rude actions just like, going offline while talking to him without apologizing, sometimes he replies very slowly, sometimes he claims that he is not free, while I notice he chats with other friends ..,,

I told him that many times, and he kept saying, friend am really busy, i will talk to you once i am free .... but I can't see that!!!

Please tell me first is it normal! And how would I grab his attention? I need him to be my friend :(

    But I want to tell you that he listened to my advices many times and gave me his trust, and one day he did wat I have told him to do, so what can I do? I like him very much and want him to be my friend :(
