What is a 32 waist and 34 leg in women's clothing?

So my friend asked me what size he should get in women's clothing he's a 32 waist and 34 leg he asked me because he is worried too tell his parents. P.S he is trying to build up the courage to tell his Parents he wants an op.

    Is that US sizing? If so, I think that's a size 11 in women's. Though since certain brands have different sizing, it could also be a 10 or 12. I remember back when I used to wear men's clothes, I was told to take my current pants size and add 21 to that and it worked well for me.

    10 12 long possibly 14 depends on his waist . medium large.
