Someone just posted on my FB a 'Vegan friendly clothing' group.

The guy that made my T-Shirt stopped half way to have a ham sandwich.

No animal products AT ALL used in it's creation. Also, the company that makes it isn't "allowed" to use animal products in ANY of it's clothing - example, if it's a shoe company, NONE of the shoes they make contain leather, fur, etc.

Even vegan food production involves the death of thousands of sentient singing beings (also known as mice)

Mice are cute. But I'd rather eat something else. Mouse meat is a bit creepy.

I basically just really appreciate the sentiment of Leonard_Hatred_. I love mice as pets or just cute little wild creatures. They do actually sing as Leonard stated in his post.

That was a happy song. Thank you, mouse.

Actually, to be "Vegan Certified", they are not supposed to kill mice either, or even cockroaches. At least, this is what I was told by a Vegan once (not one that is in this forum - this was a couple of years ago).

I bought a pair of vegan sneakers because I liked the camo pattern of them. Too bad they only lasted a few months before the seams started to come undone. Phooey. They were a good brand too, which is a rarity for me.

Then they'll go an brag about their clothing being vegan friendly like they've accomplished something.

It means there are no animal products used.

I'm guessing you won't see many meat ponchos in that group.

It means no animal products like leather or glue made out of a horse no fur etc.
