I think this could be applied to men and women though its not right to ask to see your workers private areas. Everyone should do this if it happens since you can bet I would. But if it's a big ass company where Id be making over $400,000 a year i'd haggle with him on the amount of the raise. Possibly 20% or more and then have him give me the raise first before anything. ;D
