What happens when insults go wrong?

Like you say..."So how bad is your Aspergers?" As an insult, meaning they have just have bad people skills but not enough to be a condition you think - this was said on here. And then the other person says like "yeh its pretty severe I was diagnosed at 13..."

Or if someone says "Can't you see your husband is cheating on you with your best friend, are you blind or something?" And then they say " Yeh I am, I had a retinal infection that needed surgery when I was a child and I lost my sight completely in the operation."

Has this ever happened to you?

    Meh. Ask Crusades for advice he's got skills in the insult department. If you try to insult someone and they burn you accept and learn from it. Don't get all booty hurt.

    Person I was married to aeons ago once asked the neighbour if he needed a hand with his ladder: only problem was the neighbour had had one of his arms amputated a few years earlier, which we knew.

    What made it worse was that he retold the story to everyone but changed it so that I'd said it!

    However I have the last laugh, he's long dead and I'm still alive for a while yet

    Haha, even though that does happen to me rarely, people still know I was trying to insult them. They think I'll feel bad but it makes me find it hilarious instead.
