    My teeth are whiter and my lawn is 50% greener.
    Although I now have frequent and urgent bowel movements and the inability to control them.

    In spite of the trolls and other nasties who've unfairly attacked me occasionally, IIN is an important part of my life where I can get feedback from strangers about issues in my life and give the same to others.

    It's helped me gain some confidence. I was less vocal in my opinions before I came here. I speak up IRL more often and in turn found people actually value my opinion. In other words, I didn't know I was considered smart. lol.

    My garden now attracts painted turtles and terrapin daily. I feed them carrots in the summer, they love that.

    So overall it has helped quite a lot. Thanks.
