What does this mean? please read.

All my life I've been told I don't know how to talk to people by my family, classmates, high school and college, people I come in contact with if I'm handling business on the phone and stores. Everyone tells me. I don't talk like I'm speach impaired, I enunciate every word. I never said a bad word to anyone. I'm nice and kind and want to help as much as I can, but when I talk, people always get mad, yet they still come to me for help and stuff. Why every time I open my mouh, people get irritated?

even if you might have something wrong with your voice, all of those people are dicks for being rude about it

This may be a bit of a stretch, and possibly overstepping some bounds, but if multiple people have told you that you don't know how to talk to people and you don't even slightly have a clue what the problem could be, it could be a type of disorder.

However, like others have already said, it is probably something simple, but it's something you should consider if you exhaust the other possibilities.

Read out aloud to yourself, this will help. You might not be as bad as you think.

Record it and listen. You probably hate it too. Work on improving.
