What does it mean when someone says "cocaine is one hell of a drug"

A guy and his friend started texting me. Both liked me but I said no to them both. They are both friends and were obviously trying to mess with me a little by texting me at the same time. However, when one conversation ended, lasting longer than the other one, the guy said "Cocaine is one hell of a drug, huh? lol" Before this comment, I asked where to get a ticket and the guy helped me. I said thank you and he responded with that. Later I asked a friend, he said the guy meant i was crazy like i was on drugs?

What is this implying?

    He was probably just fighting his own feeling of rejection by making an offhand lighthearted reference to the Dave chappelle skit. I wouldn't read too much into it.

    It was from a Dave Chapelle skit on his show that has been soo played out and over used it's annoying and I thought it had all died out by now but I guess some people are late to the party..

    It is a joke. It is saying you are acting so wacky you must be on something. So if someone is acting strange or nutty you say "Cocione/pot/heroin/whatever is one hell of a drug".
