What does it mean if he rarely messages me?

I am talking about online dating apps... Guys who I can tell like me talk to me pretty much every day. Most of the time throughout the day as well, not just in the evening. However, this one guy, whom I like, and I can tell he likes me too... He only ever messages me twice a week, in the evenings. We chat for about 2 hours at time or so. And when we do we are only talking to one another. He has told me that he likes me and he would like to meet me...

Because I can see on this app when a person was last online, I can see that he usually logs on once a day, in the evening. But he doesn't stay on for very long at all, so I don't think he logs on and chats to anyone but instead just checks his "matches".

So, considering that we are in our late 20s what do you think is going on?

He is a Gemini if this makes any difference.

    My guess is: Nothing.

    He's waiting until he has the time and can be bothered to write a decent reply to you.

    Maybe he's not as needy as you (no offence intended), and maybe on the site he prefers to 'window shop' most of the time.

    I wouldn't think too hard about this. If he has already said he'd like to meet you, why not take it to the next step, offline, ask him if he'd like to grab a coffee?
