What does "chill" really mean

People say that, "oh hes chill.".. "shes so chill"... "be chill bro".. what does that really mean? i personally think it means normal. When you learn how to talk to the general population of people you are considered chill. however, when it comes to eccentric, introverted people your completely lost. Chill to me is just knowing how to speak to the general audience of people you come in contact with. what do you think it really means?

    Its a word you use to describe an average person with no real qualities. Right there with "cool".

    Well, it can mean hang out, "Hey yo bruh, you wanna chill today?" or it can mean someone is "cool" or "laid back" "He's pretty chill." or "Nah bruh, it's alright, he's pretty chill, he can get you a quarter for $45." or like said before he can be when it's cold outside, "There's a chill in the air, you might want to wear a jacket." Maybe a few others but that's what me and my friends use it for except for the weather one.

    The wind chill is just one of many weather cons. You are regularly blatantly lied to in your weather forecasts and even in weather records! I've kept a weather journal for a long time after noticing major lies put out by weather record data.

    I think it means something that is relaxed. You can go on Urban Dictionary if you want something a bit more descriptive.
