My guy friend dates a woman 10 yrs older than him, he is 35, and she is 45 - this woman is hot looking, in shape, and looks his age. (no surgeries), so age is relative, some women look younger than their age. I'm all for it, whatever makes you happy.

Depends what you mean by older. A lot of men love older women because they are financially stable, they can take care of themselves, you don't need to baby them. Probably more mature, more experience and the list goes on. The only thing I can think of that can be bad is if you wanted a child with an older woman and she couldn't. Besides that I don't know. Anyways people like what they like, can't really argue there. I couldn't see myself with someone 20 years older than me though, I'd call her mom.
