    I will just wear my usual tighty-whities underneath my kilt, although I will wear lycra compression shorts if I will be walking long distance in it.

    I went to this event called the Highland Games, full of Scottish and Irish people, clans, bagpipes, the whole deal and I basically got flashed by an old man in a kilt, so I guess not all of them do, but kilt wearers freeball it.
