    I normally wear yoga pants and a combination wife beater and tee shirt every day. No need to change for bed!

    Blue flannel pajamas with cartoon sheep all over them. Most of the sheep are white, but maybe 10% are black. I LOVE flannel pajamas!

    I wear diapers like a thick ABENA, or Attends with rubber pants. I am a chronic bedwetter too.

    I have many times slept naked, but as a crossdresser I have slept in many different things including bra, some sort of panties and a nightgown. Some times something different feels so good.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "panties," but boxers are the closest thing to underwear so I'll vote for that.
