  • Given that the website name is "IsItNormal" and the sheep picture is the main picture for the sit I think it's obvious thered sheep represents being abnormal.

I don't think everyone will get it, but this is one of the funniest replies I've ever seen here.

Huge gold star and much dappled-appreciation to you!

Maybe he is white but perceives himself as red. Maybe the other sheep are red too, but appear white to him. It could also be that he is the only white one but sees not the truth.

  • To me the Red Sheep represents abnormality, but in a good way.

If you say someone is a "Black Sheep" it might mean they are an outcast or not like the others. But because the sheep is red, to me this shows he might not be absolutely alike the other sheep in his flock, but he is not a total outcast and people still accept him (acceptance is what many people on this site come here for after all) :).

Many people who ask questions on this site worry that they are too different, or a bit of a "Black Sheep", but this shows a comfort that they are still like the rest, except with their own individuality :D

Well like sheep most of us follow established norms but there is always a minority who is different.

Animals don't know what they look like, they think they look like the others around them. So....the red sheep thinks he's white, but all the other sheep know he isn't. He's oblivious. He'd have to ask the other sheep, "am I normal".....

It's embarrassed cos it lets the sheepdog lick it's shaven pussy and the other sheep watch it happening.

It just needs to be told it's normal so it can relax and turn white again!!!!!

It's an embarrassed sheep, turning red because it doesn't feel normal amongst the others.

The sheep does look happy though. I think that it's to symbolise that not all abnormalities are bad.

I think it represents people on here that feel that they are not normal but only because they are different than the people surrounding them. But when you come on the site asking question and answering questions you find out that there are other red sheep out there.
