    I thought it was a brilliant movie and I loved every minute but I had heard so much about it being inappropriate and I didn't think so at all. I didn't think it was nearly as bad as everyone said and it was an awesome movie.

    It was an instance of a woman slipping into insanity caused by an overbearing mother. Take away the Hollywood Heavy's and you have; Mother drives daughter nuts.

    I think it's overrated. The only good thing directed by Darren Aronofsky IMO is 'The Wrestler'. Also Natalie Portman pisses me off in anything other than Leon.

      I agree with disthing they made it look like this wonderful thought out film that would make you tear, and jerk and cry. It honestly did not have the kind of magnifications I was expecting. It was too simple and not presented very well. I get the part were she was going insane and all but it was not magnificent like the preview and review made it seem. I thought it was ok not absolutely horrible but I think its a B rated film not a 5 star movie. If you want a magnificent movie I would suggest V for Vendetta.
