I'm from Texas, there isn't much hillbillies here, unless you go out into the country. I think Texas is okay, the only things I hate about Texas is the bipolar weather and the stereotypes about it.
My uncle always said if you don't like the weather in Texas just wait a minute. lol
I LOVE TEXAS!!!!! I just got back from Austin for vacation and I loved it!!!
I live in that there town y'alls is talkin' 'bout.
I love it. The stereotypes are stupid and inaccurate, but I actually wish there were more horses and things like that :)
Other:
I find it rather interesting actually.
Unless I'm mistaken, Texas is the only state in the USA with the legal right to "secede from the union" if they so chose. Prior to being a state they were in fact a separate nation that chose to join up.
Sometimes I think maybe it'd be better for them if they did break off... They could at least secure their borders as they see fit... without the federal government trying to hamper them.
There's no real hillbillies or rednecks in Texas. Don't confuse an Uber-religious, Republican retard with a redneck, you insult REAL rednecks.
I had this preconceived image of what a Texan is like, ( loud, hillbilly, poor) and I obvs didn't swear by it, it was just a stupid stereotype- but then I met a Texan. She's a completely normal cool girl and doesn't even have an accent
I once met apiece of shit asshole who said he was from there, but other than that-I don't know much abot it or care to.
george w douchbag was governor there first b4 he was able to cheat his way into presidency and previous to that he hardly had a speck of experience or wisdom for such a political office. sooo obviously corruption and oil cartels run rampant in texas as well as the death penalty tends to be a popular punishment.. hmmm...
I'm not fond of Texas. I live close to El Paso and I'm not impressed...probably it's that I'm just scared because Juarez is right there in plain sight driving in on the interstate...so I associate Texas with Mexico and the gang wars even though it's just one city..
Plus, there aren't any mountains and that's just no bueno.
I come from a place called "the rest of the world." You've probably never heard of it.
From our point of view, all Americans are Texans.
They have all the jobs in the USA I checked the statistics. Also I hear they have horrible weather but I really would love to move thier.
I dislike Texas though I've never seen a hillbilly (aren't hillbillys from mountain towns?)
I like that square bit at the top. It's like the feed tube on a food processor that's melted in the sun.
