  • Nice! Well I'm bored shitless, carry on with your normal lives (I imagine the stereotype of putting a hat on at night and walking home).

I am vegan and I use these things on daily bases in moderation, mainly I use the natural versions when I can get them.

Vitamins can be good for things your diet is lacking.

However you need to pay attention to the color of your urine. If your urine is BRIGHT - like neon bright, that means most of your vitamins are being flushed down the toilet, instead of being used by your body.

Too often people have no idea what they are doing when it comes to herbs. They have been used for thousands of years, it is not a fad. Yes, they can be good for you. But they can also be highly toxic. But most people have no idea how to take an herb to achieve the health benefits that are claimed. The FDA is a joke on this front. (and many others)

I love herbs. I use them for many things. I love alchemy and plants. I have flax seed oil in my fridge, I use it to make salad dressing. I take herbs to detox, there are many that can be used. Different herbs effect different organs. Watch out for parsley, it will make you piss like a river. And will stop you from lactating (if you are one to lactate, of course.)I grow wheat grass on occasion, but I feed it to my cats. Catnip too for that matter. They really like that.

It is always better to get your nutrition from actual food, but supplements can help those who need a kick start or whose body doesn't function normally. Or if you are fortunate enough to choose it.
