    FUCKING HELL! I did a search for "pilonidal dimples" and clicked on images to see what it looked like. I got flooded with pictures of new-born babies with their asses spread open! WTF!

    I've not given them much thought. I'd be surprised if many people here know what their sacrum is. Apparently I have them (I've been told). I think most people do. If I draw somebody from behind, I almost always shade in lower back dimples. A lot of people associate them with babies/baby-fat, but most adults still have them. I don't necessarily find them attractive or unattractive.
